Nicholas Graham is a member of the firm’s Business and Tax, Agricultural Services, and Commercial Real Estate practice groups. His practice specializes in corporate law, with a focus on startups, small and mid-sized business mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and real estate transactions. He graduated with honors from Syracuse University with a joint JD/MBA degree focused on finance and entrepreneurship.

Nicholas advises clients on entity formation, capital raising, corporate governance, business transactions, joint ventures, and succession planning. He also guides clients through business sales and acquisitions, deal structuring, and agreement negotiations, including confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, purchase agreements, and employment contracts. His diverse background and deep understanding of corporate growth and development make him a trusted advisor for businesses at all stages.

In addition to his corporate work, Nicholas represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and development, leasing, title insurance, construction loans, and permanent financing. His commercial real estate clients include developers, restaurant franchisees, landlords, and tenants. He also assists clients with zoning, land use approvals, and other regulatory matters related to real estate development.

Before joining Scolaro Fetter Grizanti McGough, P.C., Nicholas honed his skills at a global law firm in New York City, where he focused on securities offerings and the formation of real estate and venture capital funds. His roles at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) further solidified his expertise in these areas.
