Nicholas Graham is a member of the firm’s Business and Tax, Agricultural Services and Commercial Real Estate practice groups. His practice specializes in corporate law, with a focus on startups and small businesses, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). He graduated with honors from Syracuse University with a joint JD/MBA degree focused in finance and entrepreneurship.


Nicholas advises clients on entity formation, capital raising, corporate governance, business transactions, joint ventures, and succession planning.



Additionally, Nicholas skillfully navigates clients through the complexities of business sales and acquisitions, deal structuring, and agreement negotiations, including confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, purchase agreements, and employment contracts. His diverse background and deep understanding of corporate growth and development make him a trusted advisor for businesses at all stages.


Before joining Scolaro Fetter Grizanti McGough, P.C., Nicholas honed his skills at a global law firm in New York City, where he focused on securities offerings and the formation of real estate and venture capital funds. His roles at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) further solidified his expertise in these areas.
