ABOUT DANIEL J. FETTER
Daniel J. Fetter is a shareholder and Chairman of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group and member of the Business and Tax, Agricultural Services and Commercial Real Estate and Land Use practice groups at the firm. His practice primarily focuses on providing comprehensive corporate counsel to closely held and family-owned businesses. This includes advising on entity formation, M&A transactions, corporate governance, joint ventures, reorganizations, succession planning, as well as employment law matters.
Dan assists clients in a wide array of industries in navigating the complexities of business sales and acquisitions. He guides them through every stage of the transaction process, from deal structuring to drafting and negotiating agreements and ultimately closing. These agreements encompass confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, asset and stock/unit purchase agreements, lease and commercial real estate purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and employment/consulting agreements.
