A​​​lyssa M. Christian is an associate attorney in the Business and Tax, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Agricultural Services practice groups. Alyssa is licensed to practice in the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Alyssa regularly advises clients on entity formations and dissolutions, business transactions, and guides clients on business succession strategies and management. She is experienced in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing many business agreements. Alyssa also enjoys researching various statutes and rules to advise on compliance in heavily regulated industries, including consumer protection laws, professional licensure requirements, and cannabis and liquor laws.

Prior to joining Scolaro Fetter Grizanti & McGough, P.C., Alyssa’s work focused on general business counseling, mergers and acquisitions, hospitality and tourism, and regulatory concerns.
